We have set the framework for precise cleaning
The CMN inter-row cultivatoris built with a 2-part frame construction.
We recommend combining both frames into one unit.
1) The first frame is a fixed and foldable boom frame on which the cleaning sections are attached.
It is also this frame where the 6 meter frames can be folded using a hydraulic cylinder for driving on the country roads.
2) The extra frame is here where the side shift of the cleaning boom takes place. The side shift has a double function.
The first function is to laterally shift the entire cleaning boom with the cleaning sections, it gets the signal about the lateral shift from the 3D camera which is an intelligent side shift system for precise cleaning.
The second function is a smart system that allows you to shift the entire cleaning boom to the side, where you can now drive over 3 rows for example. Corn of 75 cm where you keep a normal side shift at the same time. You don't need to change the wheelbase of your tractor!
Large clearance on the boom
Something that is completely unique about our row cleaner is the extremely high clearance under the boom of all of 90cm!
With our many years of experience in mechanical weed control, we have experienced the desire to extend the cleaning seasons as long as possible. This means that your crops get the best conditions for optimal growth and can thereby close off the weeds themselves when the rows close.
Section lifting
You can equip your CMN inter-row cultivatorwith hydraulic lifting of the cleaning sections. The sections can be lifted individually from the ground via the control screen in the tractor. Section lifting is an easy application when you, for example, must turn in the headland but even smarter when driving in fields with wedges.
Use GPS with section lifting.
When driving in wedges, you can expand the section lifting system with an ISO-BUS box that enables automatic lifting of the cleaning sections by using the tractor's GPS (e.g. use the same GPS map as when sowing).
Row control
The row cleaner can be equipped with a 3D camera-based row management system that precisely controls the cleaner and its cleaning sections very close to the plants. The system is a Camera/Electrical/Hydraulic system where all the functions and adjustments are made from the supplied touchscreen monitor and thereby deliver converts the information to the hydraulic valve that controls the wiper to one side or the other..
We have chosen to use T&H Technology's advanced 3D system which has proven its worth over time!
C tooth - unique on the market and completely developed (Patent pending)
We all know how important it is to look after the crops when they are in their infancy. The C-tine can be uniquely angled so that the cutting edge is almost horizontal and thus the cutting edge does not move with the ground; Here we can get very close to the cultivated crop without covering it with soil!
When the crops become larger and more resistant, we can now start to angle the cutting and thus move soil between the plants in the row so that in this way we cover the weeds.
The older the plants get, the bigger the root network they start to get; Here, it once again makes sense to angle the cutting so that the cutting gives more space around the plants, but instead we can now move the soil from the middle of the row out to the plants!
Automatic adjustment of cutting height

The automatic system for adjusting the coulter height is sensor-based, which works electrically and hydraulically and is thus easily operated by a screen from the tractor. With this system, you can precisely control the cutting height and with this i.a. ground cover of plants. The system will always ensure the correct set working depth of the coulters. With this system, you as the customer are ensured that work is always done at the most optimal depth. The system ensures minimal wear and tear on the machine as well as reduced diesel consumption and reduced CO2 emissions.

Shield plates
The shield plates are suspended parallel. They secure the culture plant from being covered by early row cleaning.
C tooth
Patent pending C tooth is completely unique and the only one on the market. It stands out in that it is rigid laterally but is also adjustable in its working angle. This means many setting options with the same blade.

Auto depth
The Patent Pending CMN Auto depth regulation is completely unique. CMN Maskintec A/S is the only livery door on the market that can offer this. The system provides a large saving with the optimal cutting setting.
Section lifting
CMN Section's lift allows for precise cleaning all the way into the wedges. The system can be expanded to be controlled via the tractor's ISO BUS terminal.
Seed equipment
As something completely unique, the CMN inter-row cultivator can be equipped in the same machine to be able to sow the culture crop first, after which the machine is used for row cleaning. This gives a big saving in, for example, the purchase of a saw machine by now being able to use the same unit for several work tasks.
